As a general rule of thumb, prints intending to be framed should be printed onto a lustre/matte surface (non glossy). However as with anything subjective there are no rules. For instance, glossier prints can go behind glass with the proviso that display conditions are free from windows/reflections and high quality UV70 glass is implemented, again, substantially reducing reflections.
